Return Window

Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the order.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged during delivery.
  • Wrong product received.
  • Product is defective.
  • Product is unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes, deodorants, attars, body mists, and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our side.
